My RCH Portal and Health Hub look different but you will see the same information when you log in. If you're an RCH patient who recieves treatment from more than one health service, you can use My RCH Portal to manage and stay up-to-date with your treatment and care across all four health services.
If you are an RCH patient aged 12 years or older, please complete and return a My RCH Portal: Patient request for access form, with a copy of your photo identification attached.
