How do I get help with patient portal access?

For assistance with portal access only, call 816.887.0444 during regular business hours (Monday through Friday), or email patientportal@cassregional.org. If you have questions regarding your care, please contact your provider’s office directly.

How do I access my RCCA patient account?

What's new in the rayus patient portal?

The RAYUS patient portal offers convenient access to appointment information and exam results. Now, when you log in to the portal, you’ll also notice a new look and more user-friendly experience.

What is the new MHS Genesis patient portal?

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.

How do I log in?

If you are a Member of the College, you will already have a College username name and password.

If you experience difficulty logging in to the College website after attempting this step, please contact the IT help desk, who maintain a dedicated phone line for password resets and account information. Based at the Melbourne office, this phone is staffed during normal business hours, from 9am to 5pm (AEST).

Not already registered to use our patient portal?

Not to worry. Registration to use our patient portal is part of our new-patient process. If you’re not yet a patient, we’ll help you register for online access when you come in for your first appointment.

Can you copy and paste a password on a portal?

Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are rewritten so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the portal page open.

Can family access patient portal?

Can my family access my patient portal? Yes, you can give family members, such as parents or health care proxies, access to your portal. This needs to be done within Cass Regional and requires consent from you and/or your family members.
