Physicals — QCHC also conducts school, work, sports, and mission physicals for all ages. Our providers will complete all needed forms and we offer convenient, cash pay options for each. Please note that we do not currently offer Disability Physicals/Exams.

Urgent Care — If you have an urgent medical need, we can schedule your appointment quickly, usually the same day you call us so that you can get the care you need as soon as possible.

Telehealth Visits — Individuals who are immune-compromised or unable to travel can see their healthcare provider from the comfort of home with a consultation using their smartphone, tablet, or computer. During your consultation, your provider can talk to you about your health concerns, work on a care plan, and if needed, provide a prescription order while you remain safe in your home. Telehealth visits are the same cost as a standard in-office visit.
