Can Purview verify patient information?

Purview is not authorized to verify patient information. Wrong Patient Access URL - Purview has several healthcare providers using the Patient Access. It's important to ensure you are logging into the appropriate site. You can view all Patient Access providers and select yours by clicking here.

Can you verify your medical images with Purview?

If you don't know or are unsure of your Access Code, you need to reach out directly to your provider or the institution where the images originated in order to receive it. Purview is not authorized to verify patient information. Viewing Your Medical Images.

What Will I Pay?

PureView treats everyone regardless of income or insurance status. We offer a sliding fee schedule to patients who fit certain federal income guidelines. Patients who fit these guidelines are eligible for the sliding fee scale once they provide proof of income, regardless of their insurance status.

Is PureView Health Center a federally qualified health center?

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, PureView Health Center is able to offer most services on a sliding fee scale. This means that depending on your family income and family size, you may be eligible for the Sliding Fee Discount Program.
