How do I set up a portal login for a patient?

You will need your phone number and the patient’s date of birth to complete the setup and it must match the information provided for the patient’s chart. The email subject line will be “Portal login information from your doctor’s office.” If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Do you bring your insurance card to a child's hospital visit?

Please bring your current card to each visit. We will file most any insurance policy for you, but it is your responsibility to know your benefits on your specific policy. We provide the same treatment to each child regardless of insurance type. Any services not covered by your policy will be your responsibility.
