Patient Portal We are pleased to announce Radiology Ltd.’s patient portal, MyRad. This online tool gives you the flexibility to access your health information and other resources between visits to Radiology Ltd. MyRad is available over the internet, which means you can use it virtually anywhere.

Once registered and logged in you will be able to: Pre-register for upcoming appointments (update address and billing information) View previous exam history Obtain patient education materials
The portal can be accessed anywhere you have internet access. You may use PC and Mac computers, tablets or smartphones. Can I Add a Family Member to My Patient Account? No. Each portal account is linked to the patient’s unique identifier.

Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given to your health records and will never be sold or leased by Radiology Ltd. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal identifiers, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Your data is housed in a HIPAA compliant environment where access is limited to only Radiology Ltd. The imaging center sent the images to Texas Radiology Associates. One of our radiologists have read your exam and prepared a report for your physician. This process is done remotely.
In order to receive a copy of your statement, please log into the Patient Portal, our patient portal, below and click on “Download Statement”. Instructions will be provided on the multiple ways you can receive your statement there.
For example, if you came to the emergency room and had an x-ray and laboratory tests, you may receive a bill from the emergency room physician for their professional services, but also, a bill from the radiologist for interpreting any x-rays.
