Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given to your health records and will never be sold or leased by Radiology Ltd. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal identifiers, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Your data is housed in a HIPAA compliant environment where access is limited to only Radiology Ltd. Who sends images to Texas Radiology Associates?

The imaging center sent the images to Texas Radiology Associates. One of our radiologists have read your exam and prepared a report for your physician. This process is done remotely.

How to get a copy of my patient statement?

In order to receive a copy of your statement, please log into the Patient Portal, our patient portal, below and click on “Download Statement”. Instructions will be provided on the multiple ways you can receive your statement there.

Do you have to bill a doctor for an x-ray?

For example, if you came to the emergency room and had an x-ray and laboratory tests, you may receive a bill from the emergency room physician for their professional services, but also, a bill from the radiologist for interpreting any x-rays.

Is a radiologist bill separate from a hospital bill?
