What time is Colorado Clinic?

Can you do a virtual visit with telehealth?

Request a new appointment: Face-to-face virtual office visits through Telehealth or phone call visits are available in addition to office visits. Your provider’s office will help you decide which type of visit is right for you.

Patient Accounts

Questions about your bill should be directed to our Billing department at (719) 543-8711. Patient Account Representatives are available from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Insurance

As a courtesy, Pueblo Community Health Center will gladly submit your claim to your insurance company for you. The patient’s insurance information and card must be submitted at the time of service.

Sliding Fee Scale Program

Regardless of whether you have health insurance or not, PCHC's Sliding Fee Discount Program may be able to help. If you would like to learn more about whether you qualify for assistance through this program, please contact an Enrollment Specialist in the Registration department at (719) 543-8711.

What is the phone number for Pueblo Community Health Center?

If you need prescription service while the Patient Pharmacy is closed, please call (719) 543-8711 and you will be connected to our answering service. If necessary, the doctor will call your prescription into another pharmacy; however, it will not be covered by the Pueblo Community Health Center sliding fee discount.

Can you discontinue prescription assistance in Pueblo?

Pueblo Community Health Center reserves the right to discontinue your participation in the Prescription Assistance Program if you lose eligibility as defined above, or if you do not comply with the program.

Can you fill prescriptions at Pueblo Community Health Center?

Prescriptions written by the emergency room doctor or other non-Pueblo Community Health Center doctors cannot be filled at our Patient Pharmacies. Please call your Pueblo Community Health Center provider at (719) 543-8711 to discuss options for getting your medication at our Patient Pharmacies.

Does Pueblo Community Health Center accept Medicare?

Only Pueblo Community Health Center patients may use these pharmacies.
