What is the Patient Portal?

A proxy access is granted for three patient types: 1). Parents or legal guardians of minors up to the age of 12. 2). Parents or legal guardians for patients with mental or physical impairments. 3). Adult to adult patients.

How old do you have to be to have a MyChart account?

If you are a parent or guardian of a minor child under the age of 14 and would like to request proxy access to their medical records, you will be required to have your own MyChart account.

Can I use MyChart on my phone?

After you create your myPRES account and activate MyChart, you can download the mobile app so you can have access to MyChart on your smartphone without having to login through your myPRES account each time.
