If you are an eligible patient, you will receive a message in your MyChart account to schedule your COVID-19 vaccination. Please note that not all qualified patients will receive the scheduling message on the first day it’s available. Message timing will depend on how quickly ProMedica receives additional vaccines. ProMedica Link

ProMedica Link is a secure, web-based application that connects referring providers and their staff to their patients’ real-time electronic medical records. This includes lab results and imaging reports; notification of patients’ outpatient visits and hospital admissions and discharges.
