What is ProMedica link?

As a ProMedica patient, you can rest easy knowing your medical information is safe. Our Health Information Management Department stores and tracks your medical records securely using an electronic medical record system (EMR). You may hear us refer to this EMR as Epic. We also offer MyChart to help you access your medical records online.

Your Complete Care Information Stored Safely and Securely

Due to COVID-19, at this time, we are not releasing medical records in person at any of our locations. Other options for obtaining your medical records include via phone, fax, email and for MyChart users.

How to Access Your Medical Records

Completing a ProMedica Authorization Form will give us the permission we need to release your medical records to you. You can also use this form to release the records to another person or a doctor, if needed.

What Is MyChart?

MyChart is a secure, online platform for your health records. It’s also a tool you can use to talk with your care team. With MyChart, you can:

Residency Opportunities

ProMedica currently has more than 150 academic affiliations that allow medical students the opportunity to experience medical residencies and fellowships in fields such as pharmacy, emergency medicine, family medicine, sports medicine, and vascular surgery.

ProMedica Link

ProMedica Link is a secure, web-based application that connects referring providers and their staff to their patients’ real-time electronic medical records. This includes lab results and imaging reports; notification of patients’ outpatient visits and hospital admissions and discharges.

Care Everywhere

Care Everywhere refers to EPIC communication. ProMedica is transitioning to Epic for our outpatient and inpatient Electronic Health Records system.
