As a ProHealth Physicians patient, you can sign up for the myProHealth patient portal. It’s a secure, online tool powered by FollowMyHealth ®. Use it to communicate with your doctor, review doctor visits, medications, test results and more. And it’s available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone. Using myProHealth is entirely up to you.

How long does it take to get approved for ProHealth?

This is an important step to connect you to us as your health care provider. Your connection will be approved within 48 hours.

Is myProHealth available 24 hours a day?

And it’s available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone. Using myProHealth is entirely up to you. If you prefer not to sign up, this will not affect the care you receive from any ProHealth provider.

What are the conditions that require urgent care?

Turn to urgent care when your primary care provider isn’t available and you need same-day care for minor conditions, such as: 1 Allergy and asthma symptoms 2 Broken fingers and toes 3 Cold and flu 4 COVID-19 testing 5 Cuts, scrapes and rashes 6 Earaches and ear infections 7 Minor headache 8 Pink eye and eye infections 9 Sore throat 10 Sprains and strains 11 Urinary tract infections (UTIs) 12 Vomiting and diarrhea 13 Most other minor injuries and illnesses

What time does urgent care open?

Urgent care hours. Monday through Friday. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday & Sunday. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you need medical assistance when urgent care is closed, visit one of our emergency departments in Mukwonago, Oconomowoc or Waukesha.

Can you walk in to urgent care?

Reserve your spot in line before leaving home or work – so you spend less time sitting in the waiting room. Or, walk in to any location for care. If you walk in, you’ll be seen based on order of arrival and your condition. For everyone’s safety, urgent care patients can only be accompanied by two family members or friends at this time.
