What are the benefits of patient portal?

To take advantage of virtual urgent care visits, patients must be registered for their own MyChart account, be age 6 or older, and be located in Wisconsin. How to access the MyHealth patient portal?

As a ProHealth Physicians patient, you can sign up for the myProHealth patient portal. It’s a secure, online tool powered by FollowMyHealth ®. Use it to communicate with your doctor, review doctor visits, medications, test results and more. And it’s available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone. Using myProHealth is entirely up to you.

New, easier way to join online— Click the button above to create your own account. You will be asked to provide some information to verify your identity. Then, you'll enter "ProHealth Physicians" or your doctor's name. This is an important step to connect you to us as your health care provider.
