If you do not yet have an account on our Patient Portal, a Medical Care representative will help you create one at your next visit. All you need is a valid email address.

What is progressive patient portal?

The MD Progressive Care Patient Portal is your access point to address many of your routine needs such as scheduling appointments, reviewing labs and visit records and corresponding with your doctor or other practice staff.

How long does it take to get access to the patient portal?

If you have not yet registered, please click the "pre-Register" link below the login area. You will then be granted access within about 24 hours.

What happens after pre-registration?

After completing the pre-registration process, you will be verified and then you will have access to your patient portal. From there, you may request appointments that best fit your schedule.

Do you need a referral form for a physican?

If you are being referred by another physican, your insurance may require a referral form that physican. We can help you obtain this prior to your appointment.
