When will Prisma Health start using MyChart?

Starting on February 26, 2021, Prisma Health - Midlands practices and hospitals will begin using MyChart. This means that your visits, test results, bills, and other medical information starting on or after February 26 will be available in MyChart.

How old do you have to be to use MyChart?

Patients under the age of 12 are not eligible for a MyChart account and must be accessed through a Proxy account. Ask your doctor's office about MyChart proxy access for children under the age of 12. If you have any questions, please contact your doctor’s office.
