As of August 26, 2013, The Princeton Eye Group has transitioned to an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. All patients (both new and returning) will be asked to fill out new demographic and consent forms. To alleviate some delays, all patients are asked to print out the new forms and fill them out BEFORE coming to their office visit.
