PCH Patient Portal Princeton Community Hospital offers secure access to patient medical information through our Patient Portal as a service to patients who wish to view parts of their medical records.
Patients can access the Princeton Radiology patient portal using the button below. For former Medical Park Imaging patients, we ask that you set up an account on this portal. If you need images prior to January 26, 2022, contact our Medical Records Department at 973-696-5770, ext. 9680, and we will make arrangements to obtain them for you.
