Our PrimaryPlus-Maysville campus is nestled in historic Mason County, KY, known for its scenic riverbank views, its hospitality and a few famous names! PrimaryPlus-Maysville has grown to include several facilities along Kenton Station Dr. & Medical Park Dr. (all centrally located to the hopsital).

PrimaryPlus DOES NOT monitor the “Contact Us” Message System daily. If this is an emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If this regarding an appointment, refill or health related questions, please contact one of our PrimaryPlus offices by phone or via our Patient Portal.

We The Primary Care Plus Patient Portal is a HIPAA-compliant, password-protected, and secure section of our site that is designed with your privacy in mind. The patient portal supports your ability to request a prescription refill, update demographics, add or update pharmacy information, and communicate with the doctor and staff.
