If you are not an established patient with Presbyterian Medical Group, but wish to set up an account for future use, you will need to call Customer Service at 505-923-5590 or toll free at 1-866-861-7444.
Everyone is eligible to receive primary care, dental and behavioral health services at Presbyterian Medical Services. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. For the uninsured, a sliding fee scale is available based on income.
We are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients. To this end, we are implementing Epic, a single health record system. Along with Epic, we are introducing our new patient portal — Connect — which will give you detailed, trustworthy information about your health.
