What is Premier Medical Group’s Patient Portal?

Premier Medical Group continues to look for ways to improve communication with our patients. We are excited to present Premier’s online Patient Portal as another step towards creating more efficient and effective communication between you and our office.

The Patient Portal is part of your personal electronic health record, and allows patients to conveniently access their health information from the comfort of their home or office. Patient Portal can also be used to communicate with the practice easily and safely.

Does Premier ER accept Medicare or Medicaid?

Unfortunately, federal regulations and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services do not allow us to participate with or accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare in our ER. Premier is both an ER and Urgent Care fully staffed with experienced doctors and providers, nurses, radiology techs, and support staff.

Do I need to wear a mask at Premier Health?

Premier Health’s staff, providers, patients, and visitors should continue to wear masks while in our facilities and offices. We can provide a mask for your use during your visit if you need one. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe.

What is Premier Care for Women?

Premier Care for Women is a member of a network of physician practices that utilizes MyHealthRecord.com by Greenway Health, a secure, web based system that allows you to contact our doctor electronically. MyHealthRecord.com by Greenway Health is available 24 hours a day for you to review your labs and conduct non-urgent communications with our office.

What is patient portal communication?

Patient portal communication is intended only for the patient that is currently logged in. Any communication relating to another patient including family members needs to be communicated under their own portal ID. You are responsible for the security of your password (s) and for authorizing, monitoring and controlling any access and use of your account and password (s).

How long does it take to get a prescription refill?

Please contact your pharmacy for prescription refills. Allow 24 to 48 hours for prescription refills to be completed

Signing up for the Patient Portal couldn’t be easier: all you need is a valid e-mail address and an internet connection! To enroll, use the form on this page or stop by the front desk and speak to any of our staff . They will enter your e-mail address into our system and provide you a secure ID along with instructions on how to finish the enrollment process at home or on your smartphone.
