New to the World

We are so lucky to have so many great birthing centers. You really cannot go wrong so choose the hospital that best suits your families needs. When your baby is born the house pediatricians will care for your baby. We ask that you call us when you know your discharge date so we can set up your first appointment in the office.

New to Our Practice

If your child is due for a checkup, please call the office to schedule that appointment. Click here to view the recommended checkup schedule. Please note that many insurances require 365 days between annual, preventative visits after age 2.

If you need us before or after our regular office hours due to an emergency situation, please call 911. If you need us for a non-urgent matter that does require after hours attention, please call the office closest to you to be connected to the on-call physician.

Arriving For Your Appointment

New patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download and print the patient forms from each practice's website and complete them prior to your appointment.

Billing

We require payment of your co-payment and past-due account balances at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards.

Insurance

We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers. Please bring your insurance card and I.D. with you to every visit so we can ensure that our records are accurate.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise.

Refill Requests

We are happy to help with refill requests during regular office hours, so please call your doctor's office to let us know what you need.

After Hours & Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. However, if you need after-hours advice for a medical concern, please call the closest office to you and our answering service will assist you.

NEW PATIENTS

We are currently registering patients for the new portal from our recently scheduled appointments. You can expect a welcome email with your child's registration PIN ahead of the appointment.
