Your current provider’s hours should remain unchanged through the transition period: 8 am–5 pm, Mon–Tue and 9 am–5 pm Friday. This is at the discretion of PPA. If you need an appointment earlier than what PPA has available online, you can call PPA’s scheduling line at 301-969-2772. Yes, One Medical will offer care for both adults and children . The other practices that PPA providers are going to (SignatureMD and MDVIP) will offer care for adults only.
Yes – our priority is ensuring that current patients will be able to stay with their current provider. After August 1st, you will be able to login to the One Medical platform and officially designate your provider as your PCP. Before that time, rest assured, your spot will not be available to any new patients not currently on that provider’s panel.
