The FIRST STEP is to sign up for the Portal at your local provider office or Porter Hospital. (Due to HIPAA requirements, you must sign up in person) Once the Portal is activated, you will log on using the the “Hospital Portal” link above. Then, simply enter your user name and password.

Chaplains serve as hosts for emotional, spiritual, moral support - and everything in between. They are assigned to the private chapel in places such as hospitals, military bases, or prisons.
Chaplains are available to provide support, prayer and counsel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
