Enrollment into the Patient Portal will be available when you first register at Lake Huron Medical Center. During your registration, you’ll be asked if you’d like to sign up for the LHMC Patient Portal.
For technical support, email contactmph@mclaren.org and include the words 'My McLaren Chart' in the email subject line. Please include your name and telephone number and allow three business days for a response. You may also call 810-987-5000 Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To log in to My McLaren Chart, visit www.mclaren.org/mymclarenchartph. Click on the "Log in to My McLaren Chart' button. Then, simply enter your user name and password. If you do not have a user name and password, please follow the enrollment instructions above under 'How do I enroll in My McLaren Chart ?'
