Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center strives to provide a safe environment for our patients, staff and community. Effective March 16, 2022 we will adhere to the following visitor guidelines. All patients will be allowed two (2) visitors. Obstetrics/pediatric visitors must be the same visitors through the duration of the stay.

What is a Patient Portal?

Southern Regional Medical Center's Patient Portal is a secure website that offers our patients 24-hour access to their personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Upon enrollment into the Patient Portal (see link below), you will choose a unique (secure) username and password.

How Do I Sign up for the Patient Portal?

Start by providing your email address to the registration clerk, or visit our Health Information Management Department (HIM). To protect your privacy, our staff will need to see your photo ID.

After activation, you can begin accessing your Patient Portal by visiting ShastaRegional.com and logging in with your username and password.
