What is the mission of the Polley Clinic?

Our mission at Polley Clinic is to stay economically viable and deliver the best care possible to the people of eastern North Carolina.

What happens if a patient is no show at Polley Clinic?

When a patient is a no-show, we cannot deliver care to another patient in need, and we lose revenue. Polley Clinic typically has a 12-15% daily no-show rate. As a result, Polley Clinic must then “overbook” the schedule.

How long do you have to arrive at the office to fill out a patient portal?

If you do not log in to the patient portal to fill out the necessary forms, you are required to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the forms in the office.

Is Polley Clinic a rural clinic?

Polley Clinic is a rural medical provider, and demand for our services is high. Our schedule allows for different types of services in different appointment time slots. We do our best to see each patient at their scheduled appointment time.
