How do I access my test results on pm pediatric care telemedicine?

Your test results will NOT be available on PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine After completing account setup, you can access the portal by visiting pmpediatrics.com and clicking the Patient Portal button on the homepage, or by downloading the Healow app to login. When prompted, use our practice code: HAFHBD.

How do I view my lab results?

Once you are in My Labs, you can click on the Result Options Menu at the upper right-hand side of the page. From the drop down, click on View Lab Reports. Here, you will see your lab reports arranged by date, with your most recent lab report appearing at the top.

Where can I See my Blood and urine lab results?

Your account allows you to see most of your blood and urine lab tests in the enhanced views on the Trends, Get Smart, and My Labs pages. You can view the results for all of your lab tests in their original lab reports by going to the My Labs tab at the top of the page.

What is the trigger for sending lab results?

This is a configuration on the Bridge side. The most common trigger for sending lab results is the physician’s approval/signature in the EHR.

Can you print lab results from Bridge?

Allow patients to seamlessly view, download, and print their lab results using our intuitive and secure patient portal app on desktop or mobile. Results can be pulled from your EHR or directly from the lab as discrete data or a PDF. Once approved by a physician, the results are published in Bridge with customizable options such as color coding and graphical features to denote abnormal ranges or other factors.

How long does it take to get lab results?from labcorp.com

In most cases, lab test results delivery times should not exceed two weeks. The most common reason for delay in receiving results is inaccurate or out-of-date personal information on record with your health care providers or in your LabCorp Patient™​ portal personal profile.

Results will become available when all tests ordered are complete and the report is final.

Appropriate medical expertise is required for the correct interpretation of clinical laboratory results and is not available from laboratory personnel. Action should not be taken based on test results without first discussing them with your healthcare provider.
