Dr. Roderick is a Board-certified family practitioner who grew up in Garden City. He obtained his Bachelor's degree at Colorado Christian University and attended medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.

Melanie Algrim, a native born Garden Citian obtained her B.S.N from Pittsburg State University and her M.S.N as a family practitioner from West Texas A.&M University. She served nearly seven years active duty in the Air Force and retired from the USAF reserves in 2005.

Tammy Bailes, APRN began practicing at Plaza Medical Center on October 13,2014. She had previously been providing health care to the city employees at their Grow Well Clinic, a position she held for approximately two years.
