If you know your medical record number and your email address is already on file, you may enroll at any time.

Important Update

Your health is important to us. We remain open normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We set aside time each day from 8 am to 2:45 pm for well visits only. The rest of the day is for patients who are not feeling well. To schedule, please click the buttons below.

New Patients

You can schedule your first appointment online! Just click on the button below to begin and choose “new patient.” We have same-day and next-day appointment availability.

Existing Patients

As an established patient you are able to schedule your appointment by clicking on the button below or by accessing the patient portal. Click on the “schedule your appointment” button below and on the new page select “returning patient” to schedule your appointment.
