Outpatient Portal for securely accessing your personal health record provided by your St. Vincent Medical Group physician office. The Patient Portal is an online service that provides patients secure access to their health information.

The Patient Portal is an online service that provides patients secure access to their health information. Various features are available on the portal at your provider's discretion, including the ability to send messages to your healthcare providers, schedule appointments, and pay bills online.

Is the plantation General Hospital emergency room still open?

Please visit HCAFloridaUniversityHospital.com to learn more. The Plantation General Hospital emergency room will remain open to serve our community, functioning as a free-standing ER operating under the direction of HCA Healthcare sister facility Westside Regional Medical Center.

Creating A Portal Account

To create a portal account, you will need to call or stop by our office and provide us with your e-mail address. If you don’t have an email address, call us and we will assist you with setting up your portal account. Please note that only patients, legal parents and guardians may create a portal account.

Completing Questionnaires using your portal account

Well exam questionnaires may be completed by logging into your portal account and following the link provided in the patient Message. Please note that you must enter your email address exactly as it appears in our chart. If you have a new email address, please contact us.

Accessing documents using your portal account

Occasionally, upon your request, Plateau Pediatrics will upload documents to your portal account; for example school notes or school immunization forms. These documents require Adobe Reader to download. You may obtain adobe reader free here.

Intelichart Portal and Mobile Devices

Intelichart does not recommend using a web browser on mobile devices for the Portal. For mobile devices, Intelichart recommends using the Mobile App. There are portions of the chart that are unavailable in the mobile app and can only be viewed in a web browser, we apologize for this inconvenience.

CDC RECOMMENDING BOOSTERS FOR CHILDREN 12-17

The CDC has recommended Pfizer boosters for children 12-17 years of age 5 months after the completion of their initial vaccination series.
