How to apply for family planning benefits in New York?

We have staff on hand who can help you apply for free services through the Family Planning Benefit Program (FPBP). To qualify for FPBP you must: 1 Be a New York State resident 2 Be a male or female of childbearing age (including teens and college students) 3 Meet income guidelines 4 Be able to have children

Does FPBP cover birth control?
