Using the Patient Portal, you can: Check lab results. View your medical history. Send Planned Parenthood staff a secure email. Schedule appointments.

How do I get my results from the patient portal?

The Portal allows you to: Access your own medical records and lab results. Message with a provider about non-urgent health questions. Please request access to your Patient Portal account at your next appointment. If you still do not see your results after two weeks, login to the Patient Portal and send us a message.
