Sign up for your Patient Portal Here's how: 1. Go to your Patient Portal (links above). 2. Click 'I am new here.' 3. Click 'Accept.' 4. Enter the token you received from the health center or Patient Services. 5. Enter your email address. 6. Create a username and password. 8. Create a security question. 9. Access your Patient Portal.

To access messages in the app, log in with your Planned Parenthood Direct credentials. Go to Order History > Tap on Clinician Inbox or Support Inbox to connect with your clinician or the support team.
Sign into Planned Parenthood Direct. Tap the menu icon in top right for Order History.
The app is currently live in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin; to receive care through the app, you must be physically present in these states.
To view the status of your order, go to your Order History. You can find your Order History by clicking on the menu icon at top right.
Many pharmacies and grocery stores have blood pressure machines where you can have your blood pressure checked. You don't need a pelvic exam, breast exam, or Pap test to get birth control through the app.
