During Your Visit

If you live out of state, you must physically be in the state of Illinois for your visit. If you have any questions, please call 877-200-7745.

Payments & Billing

If you are using Insurance or Medicaid, please provide your coverage information to PPIL prior to your visit. A copay may be collected at the beginning of the visit. You will need to provide the outside laboratory with your coverage information.

Medications

Any necessary prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

After Your Visit

Please log on to your patient portal for any after-visit instructions or documentation. You may also receive lab results through the portal.
