How to Login to the Patient Portal Using your existing Patient Portal login: Step 1 – Login to the Patient Portal at login.my-appointment.org. Login under the heading "Already a Member?" Step 2 - Use the portal to make schedule or cancel appointments, communicate securely with health center staff, view lab results and more. Questions?
