Using the Patient Portal, you can: Send Planned Parenthood staff a secure message and receive personalized replies from our expert providers (usually within 48 hours)

How do I enroll in the patient portal without a member?

Not a member, or no enrollment token? You can enroll in the patient portal at your next appointment, or you can request an enrollment token by calling the Portal Enrollment Team at 844-806-8391.

How do I get my results from the patient portal?

Please request access to your Patient Portal account at your next appointment. Follow the steps below to receive your results. An email alert will be sent to you when your results are on Patient Portal. Your results will appear under the Results icon. It may take up to a day for your test results to appear.
