Consultation Fee Discount

When you book a consultation, there is a $100 consultation fee. If you choose to have surgery with Dr. Johnson the $100 will go towards your surgical fee.

You can confer with Dr. Johnson from the comfort of your own home using your internet enabled device with video capabilities.

Cancellations

We’ll contact you prior to your appointment date to confirm the time still works for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know. Cosmetic (pre-paid) consultation cancellations are refundable at the following rates:

Dr. Melissa Johnson founded this practice to create a setting for giving individualized planning and treatment to each of her patients. She has been practicing in Greater Springfield for over 20 years. Dr. Johnson and her staff will work with you to determine a treatment plan that addresses your goals.
