How do I connect to the patient portal?

Ensure you are enabled for our Patient Portal and know your username and password when your appointment is booked. Access the Patient Portal or connect via our healow App HERE.

What can I do in my medical appointment portal?

View lab results, diagnostic reports and correspondence from your Doctor. Enter or update your medical, hospitalization, and surgical history.

When does MyHealthPortal expire?

You will need to access MyHealthPortal until you have received the email invitation for PatientConnect. MyHealthPortal will expire on April 1, 2019.

Can you register with PMC over the phone?

You will need to come into the PMC and talk to a PMC representative to register. This cannot be done over the phone

Can you stay with your child at Pioneers?

As such, spending the night with your sick child at Pioneers Memorial Hospital is permitted. We allow one parent or guardian to stay each night and sleep chairs are provided for your comfort.
