The temporary username and password will enable you to log in and create a username and password. If you had services at Oswego Hospital but were not an inpatient, you will receive a brochure with instructions on how to set up your account. Or you may read the patient portal brochure.

What determines which tests are able to be accessed through the portal?

Your healthcare provider determines which types of test results are able to be accessed through the portal. Furthermore, tests of a sensitive nature are not released to the portal.
