Can I add a record of my COVID-19 vaccine to MyChart if I received it outside the UW Medicine system?

Yes. You may do this by sending a photo of your vaccine card to your provider through MyChart or by bringing your vaccine card to your next appointment with a UW Medicine provider. If you received your vaccination through UW Medicine, there is no need to do anything as a record of your vaccination will be added automatically to our system.

The myWHS patient portal is a secure, online tool for you to access your personal health information. Washington Health System’s goal is to enhance patient-provider communication, while helping you to manage your own care on your schedule. Once you become a myWHS portal member, you will have access to any of the available information 24/7. This allows you to communicate with our office at your convenience.
