Where does my health information in the Portal come from?#N#All of the information in the Portal comes from your Porter Medical Center Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.
Porter has two separate patient portals that you can access, depending on the service you are using: Hospital Patient Portal. MyChart. You must sign up for each portal separately in order to use both. For more information, view our Portal FAQs.
Enrollment Invitation – Plateau Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
