What is a portal?

The patient portal is a link directly into your child's medical record at Goodman Pediatrics. Through it, you can see an up to date list of all current medications, the active list of medical problems, past history of hospitalizations, surgeries or even information or forms compiled at the recent visit.

What can it be used for?

The portal can be any easy way to request medication refills, schedule routine well visits, or give us an update of changes in medications, treatment plans, address and phone numbers from the comfort of your home. The portal is available 24 hours a day, so you no longer need to wait until the office opens to contact us for routine matters.

Can I message my doctor?

Yes! The portal can be used for communicating directly with your pediatrician. Messages are securely transmitted directly to the doctor through the child's medical chart as part of the permanent record. Messages sent appear alongside phone calls received by the doctor throughout the day. The portal is a great way to ask any non-urgent questions.

Need a form for school or daycare?

Most health forms required by schools are available on your child's portal including health appraisals and immunizations. Just log in and print out the forms you need at any time. You no longer need to make a trip to the office to sign a release and pick up the records.
