IMPORTANT: The patient portal is different from your PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine account. Your test results will NOT be available on PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine

How do I sign up for the clinic portal?

To get registered for the clinic portal, please call the clinic at 541-966-0535 or ask for access at your next appointment. Once you are set up, click the button below to complete your registration and access the portal.

Who is eligible to register for the patient portal?

Any active patient may be eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members' health information.
