How do I enroll in the Pella health portal?

If you are a patient at any of our Pella Regional Health Center locations and have not yet enrolled for the portal, we are able to enroll you. Who signs the authorization for a patient?

The authorization must be signed by the patient or the patient’s legal representative. Legal guardian or person with durable power of attorney documentation required. HIM reserves the right to contact the patient/requestor to validate the authorization before releasing the records.

Where is the HIM department located?

HIM is available from 7:30-4:00 pm Monday- Friday, excluding holidays. The HIM Department is located on the main level of the hospital near the Business Office.

My Pella Health is an online service providing you with instant access to your personal health information. It also helps you keep in touch with your health care team. All you need is a computer with Internet access. Once you’ve set up your account, you’re ready to go.

Is there a mobile app for viewing My Pella Health information?

Yes, you will need to download the "Meditech MHealth" app. From there, use the "My Recent Portals" dropdown menu and search for Pella Regional Health Center by selecting Iowa from the "US States" menu. After selecting Pella Regional Health Center, please login to the app by using your portal username and password.

How to reset Pella Health password?

Simply click the “Forgot Logon ID or Logon Password” link on the log-in page to reset your password online.
