What is a patient portal?

Using your secure portal you will be able to access your medical history and lab reports, book an appointment, complete your pre-visit questionnaires, request a prescription refill, and message your provider. If you don't know your child's username or password, you can access the portal using any phone number we have on file for your child.

Patient Portal Set-Up Instructions

On the same day of your visit to our office, please check your inbox for an e-mail from “PM Urgent Care Patient Portal” with your username, a link to the portal, and instructions to set it up. Please note that the username will be unique for each patient.

Our staff only checks messages during office hours when they're working. They are not expected to check messages when on vacation. If you have an urgent message, please call the office. There may be a several day delay in response to portal messages.

Communicate via our Secure Patient Portal

Pediatrics West is proud to offer our patients the option to communicate via our secure Patient Portal, Emerson Connect.

What is Emerson Connect?

Emerson Connect is a web-based service that allows secure communication about non-urgent health care matters between patients and providers or staff. Secure messaging allows patients to communicate online with their primary care physician as well as other specialists within the Emerson Physician-Hospital Organization.

Getting Started

Before you can log in to Emerson Connect you will need to register using the PIN number provided to you by our office. Please call our office at (978) 577-0437 to receive your unique PIN.
