COVID-19 Vaccine Information

PHCA is offering the COVID-19 vaccine at ALL of our office locations to eligible patients, patients’ families and friends 5 years and older. The vaccine may be administered at any office visit, and can be safely co-administered with other routine immunizations, including the influenza vaccine.
