Does Mount Carmel have a patient portal?

Our new patient portal is integrated with other member hospitals and providers from across the country. Mount Carmel changed its electronic health record system in October 2021. MyChart may not have all historical visit information and test results available for visits that occurred before this date.

How do I access historical health information from Mount Carmel Medical Group?

Sign in to your myDoctor’s Office account to access historical health information from your Mount Carmel Medical Group office. Questions? Please call MyChart customer support at 844-805-4357.

How do I register to use the patient portal?

We are excited to bring you our patient portal. Before using the portal for the first time you will need to register using a PIN obtained from our office. If you do not have a PIN please email us at portalhelp@pediatricassociatesnky.com and we will email you a pin and instructions.
