Bad Patient Care for Mom

My mother was brought to this hospital due to her private nurse diagnosing her with a swollen/blocked fiscular in the arm that she receives dialysis in. She was in a lot of unbearable pain and did not receive her normal dialysis treatment that day.

If I could give 0 stars I would

I was admitted and told I was going to have a colonoscopy so I was refused all food and only clear liquids. After being there OVER 24 HOURS, the gastroenterologist on call FINALLY decided to show up. He came into my room, told me I was fine and that he wasn't going to perform ANY procedure and told me to go home and rest.
