What is the pear portal?

The Provider Engagement, Analytics & Reporting (PEAR) portal provides a single sign on that allows our participating providers* ​to access information for patients who are members of Independence Blue Cross, Independence Administrators, AmeriHealth Pennsylvania, AmeriHealth New Jersey, AmeriHealth Administrators, including: Act Now!

How is access to pear provisioned?

Access to PEAR is provisioned once to each provider organization, as defined by a single Tax ID or group of Tax IDs. Individual portal end users need not register. Third party organizations must coordinate directly with provider organizations to create an account. Forgot Username? Forgot Password?

How do I Register my organization to use pear?

The registration form requires an officer or owner of the provider organization to create an account and to identify up to two Organization Administrators to be responsible for end user management. Access to PEAR is provisioned once to each provider organization, as defined by a single Tax ID or group of Tax IDs.

How do I access go-live dates for pear portal applications?

What is Secure Messaging?

The secure messaging feature allows you the ability to send non-urgent messages to the office and doctors at any time. Please be aware that the messages will be checked during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. If you have an immediate need, please call our office. How Do I Sign Up?

To sign up for My Kid’s Chart, please complete this form and fax it to us at 281-485-9469 or complete a form next time you are in the office. You will receive an email within 2 business days with your username and temporary password.
