After many years of careful planning and preparation, the Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine – Edmonton (PCRM) is pleased to open its doors and provide fertility treatment in the beautiful city of Edmonton.
Both Dr. Havelock and Dr. Seethram have special ties to the city. Having completed their post-graduate residency at the University of Alberta, they have ongoing professional relationships with many health care providers in the area, particularly those involved in prenatal and fertility services.
Our goal is simple: to provide excellent fertility care with a patient-centric approach. What does that mean? We recognize that treatments start and end with the patient. Having experienced staff is critical to our success, but we also know that focusing on our patients’ experiences makes all the difference.
To help us stay connected with our patients, we’ve kept pace with changing information technologies. PCRM uses Practice Hwy’s eIVF, a software program that includes a Patient Portal. The patient portal allows easy access to records as well as an open line of communication between patients and their care providers.
PCRM is also pleased to be able to offer an on-site pharmacy to our patients and the community. This allows patients the convenience of picking up their medications and supplies during their appointments, a far simpler arrangement than filling a prescription at a local pharmacy.
PCRM is thrilled to be in Edmonton and we look forward to providing excellence in fertility care for many years to come. Thank you for making us feel so welcome already. In the meantime, take a sneak peak inside our brand new state-of-the-art Edmonton facility with Global TV.
