How do I access Perry County Memorial Hospital’s Patient Portal?

The CMA Patient Portal Support number below cannot provide that information. Please also note that, to obtain assistance in navigating the Cayuga Medical Center patient portal, you may email mycayugahealthsupport@cayugamed.org or call 607-274-4314, option 7, M-F 8am – 4pm (closed weekends and holidays).

Where is medical information stored?

To prohibit unauthorized access, all medical information is stored behind our firewall in our electronic medical record system. You should always make sure that the email address on file for your account is accurate, as notifications from the portal are sent to the email address on file.

Can a patient register for the Patient Portal?

Any active patient may be eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members' health information.

Setting Up and Accessing Your Patient Portal

The email address you shared with us during the registration process will receive an auto-generated email from our electronic health record once we receive all test results back from our lab. This usually takes between 48-72 hours. The email will direct you to step-by-step instructions on how to access your personal medical record.
